1. Engaging All Learners -  To create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms and support self-directed learners, District staff will collaboratively develop and implement lessons and resources aligned with Universal Design for Learning principles to address diverse learning needs and provide a supportive educational environment for all students.

2. Assessment & Mastery - Teachers and administrators will develop, implement, and analyze high-quality, standards-aligned common assessments to inform instruction and promote mastery, using formative and summative data to guide instructional decisions, provide targeted interventions, and ensure curriculum fidelity.

3. Emerging Technologies - All staff will promote the practical, responsible, and meaningful use of emerging AI technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and school climate, and participate in AI training to improve educational outcomes and implement these technologies as appropriate.

4. Student Achievement - Using the most recent and relevant student performance data, school district staff will develop and implement plans to increase student achievement on the NJSLA and NJGPA.
